| This was possible not only because of our excellent infrastructural facilities and the highly talented and committed teachers but also because of our efforts to initiate innovative educational programmers, seminars and conferences. The Summer Training Program for our clinical students is another example in this direction. I feel confident that the ideas, impressions and images I had about medical education as cherished dreams are now unfolding and taking shape. |
| I am glad to add that after receiving formal approval for our Program from the Ministry of Education U.A.E, our College is progressing very well with the ongoing process of Accreditation. Inspection teams representing medical councils of several countries have visited us. These steps would ensure formal recognition of our College by these countries. |
| The expanded facilities for recreation and for sports and games in the College will surely add to the friendly academic ambience here and invite our students to participate wholeheartedly in all our activities and give out their very best. |
| I hope that by getting admitted to the Gulf Medical College Ajman, dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, your dream of becoming able doctors or health care workers and serving the society will be fulfilled. |

| In recent years, the college has witnessed remarkable achievements in several areas, which include educational activities, Continuing Medical Education, health care and community service. |
| As we enter yet another academic year, I wish to congratulate our MBBS students who have successfully completed the program and are getting prepared to start their CRRI training. |
| The Gulf Medical College, since its inception in 1998 has made a significant mark in the field of medical education. This was possible not only because of the excellent infrastructure and facilities, and the wholehearted support by our dedicated faculty but also because of our efforts to initiate innovative educational programs, seminars and conferences. The Summer Training Program for our clinical students is another example in this direction. |
| The excellent feed back information about the performance of our students in the various hospitals and medical centers abroad during the Summer Training Programs in the last three years has been very positive and reassuring. It is heartening to note that they have been excellent ambassadors of GMCA and I have no doubt that they would continue to uphold the values we cherish in all their learning and professional activities in future. |
| Gulf Medical College Hospital and Research Center has attracted the attention of a large section of the community and has been able to live up to its motto of providing modern health care services in an environment of friendly participation and academic ambience. |
| The president, faculty and staff of GMCA have striven hard in the last five years to help our students move closer to their destination of becoming healers with commitment and purpose. By the same token, it is heartening to record the notable achievements by our students in several extracurricular activities - winning prizes and accolades in inter university competitions, athletics and games and conducting programs on health education of the community. While congratulating the winners and participants in these programs, I would like to extend our best wishes to all our students who are on the threshold waiting to enter as members of the healing community. |
